"Already posted on previous visit but felt that I was not thorough since I had another visit today. Cannot say enough nice things about Heights. Appointment reminders are timely, never annoying as in some other med practices. Despite that the request to be seen was outside the six month window, the sweet and professional lady up front worked me in and then confirmed that the time fit my feeling of expectation. Due to emergencies no one can guarantee adherence to the assigned time. Nonetheless I was being seen by an extremely professional and very pleasant Miss Stacey within five minutes of opening the office door. As always Stacey greeted me with familial warmth, quickly allaying my clearly unfounded fears. I was back in the car 18 minutes after entering the suite. Yep, they get my vote for achieving 100% satisfaction. Whoever is running this masterfully run operation. . . Keep it up. I give Heights 11 on a 10 point scale and that’s from someone not related to anyone there."
