They were out of stock for the same color, but arranged a few calls and gave me the option of shipping the replacement bindings from another store ASAP, or I could pick it up myself the same date at another Zumiez location. or I could choose a different color. I chose to pick up the right color at another location. They made it easy for me by reserving the bindings, telling that I was coming.
