The staff is wonderful and always so welcoming when I come in for my appointments. I have never had to wait for long periods of time and have been so appreciative of the amount of time she spends with us in the room! We love Dr. Brackett!!!"

"The Boerne office is beautiful and the staff is lovely. However, most important is Dr. Ashley Gleaves. She is the most kind, considerate and thorough doctor. She explained every aspect of my treatment, and carefully showed my choices. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor."

"This review is for Dr. Jean-Anthony Do. I highly recommend picking another doctor in this practice if you're pregnant and getting ready to deliver. When I was 10 cm dilated and ready to give birth, two nurses were trying to get him to come into my room and deliver my baby. He took several minutes to come in even after the nurses told him my baby was in distress with a heart rate of 60, then a heart rate of 50. Dr. Do still took his time getting in the room and putting on his shoe booties to protect his shoes instead of delivering my in-distress baby. The nurse almost delivered her because he was taking so long. Dr. Do may be fine with other GYN issues, but I would never trust him to deliver a baby."

"Overall l I’ll be switching obs. When you arrive you’ll see the place is clean, everyone seems nice for the most part, and I feel like you get called back without waiting such a long time. BUT both times I went I felt rushed, I figured it was just the doctor so the second time I switched my doctor. The first time I didn’t get to hear the heartbeat, the screen wasn’t faced towards me so I couldn’t see my baby, I didn’t get a due date, he didn’t prescribe me anything for nausea or any prenatal even though I brought both up. Both times the doctors told me how far along I was but on the ultrasound pictures it gave me a week ahead of what they told me. The second time the screen wasn’t faced towards me AGAIN so I said something and she didn’t turn it so I could see. both times I only got two pictures but in the pictures you couldn’t see anything. It’s really just sad and disappointing when you go to see your baby and hear the heartbeat and you’re getting rushed so you can’t."

"I cannot give this place enough stars! I’ve been coming to NEOBGYN for 6 years now, my doctor had always been the same person. When I called to make my first appointment for my most recent pregnancy i was sad to find out she had moved to another state. I was VERY hesitant and nervous to be seen by someone new who didn’t know my pregnancy history. I took the first appointment available & it happened to be with Dr. Megan Galindo. Fast forward 8 months & I have never been so impressed or thankful for such an amazing & understanding doctor! I was able to build a relationship with Dr. Galindo, my appointments were never rushed and she took everything I said into consideration and never left me with unanswered questions! I delivered my son on a day she was in office but not on call. But she still managed to come see me in the morning before going to the clinic that morning & when I was ready to deliver she was there in less than 5 minutes to deliver my baby! Hands down the most amazing doctor in this practice In my opinion! I couldn’t be more thankful for getting such a great doctor!"
