"Phone staff was nice but it's crazy that TODAY, I need a referral to see a diabetes specialist when I've been diabetic forever. It's taken about that long to find a center or diabetes doc that accepts MC. To need a referral is crazy enough. To be told it takes 5-7 BUSINESS days to 'APPROVE' the referral is even crazier. To wait that long as an active diabetic on multiple insulins after hospitalization is insane. San Antonio and MC must do better by diabetes patients."

"Sent in medication refills through the my chart system online. 3 days later they still can't get them filled. C'mon!"

"I see three of my doctors there and it has their own pharmacy right inside, if you're not able to pick up your meds they can either deliver them to you or have them mailed to you place of residence"

The photos below are from the pharmacy within the same building. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Plenty of parking. They have x-ray and bloodwork all in the same building. This was the visit I needed to get back in shape...for my sake...n my families....let's do this!!"
