"I have been a patient of Dr Monis’ for 10 out of my 21 years under pain management. He is by far the most compassionate, caring and understanding Dr I’ve ever had. I don’t know what I would do if I ever lost him. He was also my Mothers Dr for years before she passed away and she actually referred to him as an angel from Heaven! I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering with pain!"
"I’ve been seeing Dr Vigil for several years. He is wonderful:he listens, cares and is compassionate. He has saved me from a unending life of pain after being blown off or neglected by other doctors for years (women can probably relate). He is a good person, too. Maria, his nurse for yrs, is also delightful and caring. Dr Vigil will do his best for you and so will the terrific nurses in the procedure room. What a lucky find!"
"I have been seeing Dr Vigil for about 2 yrs now. Recently I have changed to new insurance and they needed to do a prior authorization for my pain meds so I could continue to get treated. I spoke with the pharmacy and they stated to have the doctor call to speak with insurance. I spoke with the clinical manage who informed me that they do not do prior authorization that the pharmacy needs to do it. I do admit that I had some choice words and was disconnected. Which ok I over reacted. But then I get a call back from same lady stating I am getting fired and they will no longer take care of me. Leaving me without pain management. I hope no other patients have a bad day cause they will leave you out to dry with no care!!! I do not recommend them at all they just want your money!!!!!!!!"
"Dr Murphy used to be a very good doctor. However, now he operates in such fear of the DEA that his patients no longer come first. I was a patient of his for years, and thought the world of him and most of his staff, but now I'm looking for a new pain doctor, as Bill has let me down in the worst way. I feel betrayed and disappointed. I would avoid this clinic completely. It's sad that we've lost a good doctor. There aren't that many left."
"I have been a patient for several years with Doctor Vigil's partner, Dr. Murphy. Recently I needed a procedure and was unable to see Murphy, so Dr Vigil did my medical procedures: a radio frequency procedure (burns the nerve endings) and an epidural yesterday. Both are outpatient procedures but require sedation. I've had so much relief and success! His nurse Roxanne is the best and they are definitely great at addressing pain without pushing opiates or pills and that makes me personally happy so I can continue to work. I have crushed disks and serious spinal problems but today I feel like a new person."
