"Delilah was SO helpful while setting up my appointment. I want to give her 5 stars, but the office itself left a lot to be desired. I showed up at 4 for my 4:15 appointment. I wasn’t even seen until almost 5:10. I told the doctor (who I’m not going to name because I didn’t receive any actual treatment, so I’m not sure I can critique them fairly) I needed to leave for another appointment very soon and they seemed surprised I didn’t want to stay for an hour past my appointment time. Never once was I given an expected wait time, apology, or acknowledgment that they were running late. I kept checking my confirmation to make sure it wasn’t ME that had the time wrong. The doctor was fine, not the best, not the worst. But the office staff was atrocious. The doctor dropped me back off at the front and I told the scheduling person I needed to leave very quickly and she proceeded to take 10 minutes to schedule my next appointments. I told her I could call back, but she completely blew me off. Overall, the staff was rude, and I was in there a total of AN HOUR AND A HALF for a 10 minute consultation. I already have a lot of anxiety about new doctors, as I’m sure a lot of people do, so this is most definitely not the place for me and was not the ideal environment for spinal treatment."
