"If you thought LHI services was bad, wait until you experience QTC. Not only is their system unorganized when attempting to set appointments, but their web portal is a piece of work as well. Cherry on top, and this is typical with companies that work to service Military members and Veterans, the staff, specifically at this location is rude. Rude as in they don’t want to work there and help you."

"I recently had an appointment for a virtual interview (or two, I should say) towards the middle of May for the Medical CSA position with this organization that was originally scheduled after an initial phone call with one of their HR staff; however, the individual/supervisor/manager, etc., who was to conduct the interview with me never showed up. It was rescheduled for another time, but once again, that above-mentioned individual did not show up for that second, missed interview as well. The HR POC whom I originally had spoken to over the phone that set up these interviews did not follow up with me either the following week after the second no-show for the interview, like they said they would do in order to rectify or see what could be done about this. Not a very good way to treat possible future employees. If they're going to treat job candidates/applicants like that, i.e., totally just forget about them and not follow up with a solution, then I would worry about how someone (or myself, basically) would eventually be treated as an established employee IF they did indeed work for this organization (QTC)."

"I went in for an interview through insight global for a position of QA medical specialist, to review medical records well during interview found out that the job I was interviewing was way off, also training is off and on for 6 months, no one needs training for 6 months, really? and every two weeks you have to take a "test" and its a pass or fail, if you fail they fire you right away. the agency stated I was not going to take any tests for what I do... lie... when I asked the managers for clarity on production requirements,would not answer. also under constant supervision was told limited supervision, dont believe it you will be supervised alot. Not a good company to work with. high turn overs and managers not fully trained. just br warned will be watched and too many questions not answered."
