"I don’t typically review my doctor’s offices, but American Sinus Institute was just amazing and I was left extremely impressed. I saw PA Nathan Crowder for my initial visit and he stayed with me reviewing my CT/answering all my questions for well over half an hour while never seeming rushed. ASI was able to fit me in for surgery the next week and I was so thankful. Ruby did a great job explaining how to prepare for surgery at that appointment and then via phone the next week. Dr. Friedman was my anesthesiologist and while he wasn’t the most talkative, I felt comfortable and trusted in his efficiency once in the operating suite. Dr. Shah was the surgeon who completed all my procedures. He came in beforehand to discuss the plan of action and answer any questions I had regarding the surgery in addition to recovery. I never felt rushed which continued to ease my worries. Melissa took care of me after the procedure and she was just the best. She would check on my pain level and even offered to share her Crumbl cookies with me. ♡ I am so appreciative of my experience at ASI and will surely recommend them to other friends here in San Antonio.
