"Not to happy with this place went in to my first appointment. Waited about 45 minutes after schedule appointment time to be seen. Scheduled follow up for testing was called and told doctor was not going to be in that day was given a new time and date a few days out. No follow calls or texts received to confirm appointment. Showed up at appointment to be told my appointment was earlier in the day and that I'd have to reschedule. Reschedule for a later date then recieve a bill in the mail for a no show even though I showed up and was given wrong time. Called to try and take care of it and explained everything was told I'd recieve a call back 3 weeks pass still no callback. Called and spoke to them again to be told they were going to look into it and give me a callback. Cancelled all my appointments going forward and will be looking for new provider."

"I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. I've been calling these people all morning and none of the calls are going through. Mind you they charge a fee if you don't cancel within 24 hours. Just a quick money grap if you ask me. I hope they don't think I'm about to be paying a fee for their failure to get the their phone lines to work!"

"This clinic is very clean, super professional and kind. I brought my daughter here due to constant ear infections and won’t lie, I was definitely a bit worried due to the reviews but it was a great clinic and Dr. Zungia i believe her name is was great! She listened to my concerns and agreed my daughter needed a certain procedure! I highly recommend her!"

"Saw many negative reviews, but it was urgent, they could see me right away, so I went & am glad I did. From the front desk, the hearing technician, nurse, & Dr. Zuniga herself, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone was pleasant & very caring. I’d forgotten to get a referral from my PCP & the girls checked on it & said none was needed.Yay! Then the young man who tested my hearing was very efficient & kind through the entire thing. Stephanie, who did vitals, etc. was very friendly & pleasant, then Dr.Zuniga was very gentle & caring while thoroughly taking care of my ear. I walked out a happy customer!"

"My son has been coming to see Dr. Perry for the last 8 months. He did his bilateral cochlear implant surgery at 12 months and I couldn't imagine my son having a better doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I rarely wait longer than 15 minutes before getting called back and we never wait while in the room to see him. He addresses every single one of my concerns and takes his time while doing so. It is very obvious to me that he is a doctor that truly loves what he does. He did an incredible job with my sons implants, I feel extremely fortunate to have him as his doctor."
