"Absolutely the best fertility doctor in the country. Trust me, my wife and i tried the others in Bexar county, those clinics just treat you like a # and want your $$. This is the only doctor that will give you his cell phone #, he will text you back. My wife and i tried for years and we couldnt have children naturally. We were giving up and then we met him, his wife and staff....he worked with us because my wife and i had spent all our money at the other clinics. And if you're reading the not so many bad reviews, DONT BELIEVE THEM......he does recommend the supplements for your wife but so do the other clinics...and they arent cheap, but, they are much more affordable than buying them elsewhere. And yes, he is currently working out of State rt now and will do a virtual call but his assistant knows what she is doing. And about their copays and asking to add another payment WILL help you come delivery time. We are so forever grateful for Mitwally.....my wife had our twins, boy and girl......Thank you M. "Dr Mitwally and his practice have everything I was looking for in a clinic. Personable - they take time to get to know you and your fertility history, they weigh in your opinions and feelings on next steps, and they CARE about their patients. You’re not just a number at this clinic!! You can text or call the doctor or the clinic’s number for quick help on a question, they can fit you in for a quick appointment if you have a concern, and Dr Mitwally is SO knowledgeable about the medication, processes, and keeps himself and his staff at a very professional level of operation. They also don’t break the bank. I can’t speak to IUI or IVF but in the appointments I had and what I heard from others who have had more medically involved cycles, Mitwally avoids a LOT of the overhead that bigger clinics and offices have. You will not find a better doctor or clinic than with Mitwally, I would recommend him over and over again to anyone looking for a fertility center!!"

"Dr Mitwally is the best doctor we ever worked with. After several miscarriages and PCOS making it hard to get pregnant, he helped us and after 3 cycles we had our miracle baby! Our son is 9 months old now and Dr Mitwally still calls personally to check on us and help manage PCOS symptoms post partum. He genuinely cares about the families he helps. All the other doctors we saw pushed IVF, Dr Mitwally was the only ken who listened to us and helped us without IVF, but it was always an option if we wanted it. He is honest and we were so blessed to found him and his practice. The women at the front desk are very caring and helpful. They work with you on payments. You can buy medications or vitamins from them directly or anywhere else if you find a better price. They work with you and explain the best way to process things with your insurance."

"We went to him when he left Baylor Scott and white and our first appointment in san Antonio was not very professional he wasn't even in the office he had his assistant she used a iphone to video chat the doctor while during the ultrasound. And all in the same day we were written a bunch of prescriptions without even looking at currently blood work that we brought in.never did any testing on my spouse . And we have insurance for copay and they charged a 100 dollar copay and each visit even when we were max on our insurance where it covered. Never heard anything about it it just ignores. It didn't even feel like a welcoming place or professional. I never seen anything like that. It was very uncomfortable for me and my spouse. I don't recommend this practice. Absolutely no clear directions when he gives out medication even for pharmacy."

"If I could give him and his practice 500 stars, I would! They’re amazing! Small, family owned office that treats you like family as well. They are always so kind and so helpful. And Dr. Mitwally is so intelligent and funny. He makes the whole infertility process a lot more comfortable and he explains everything to you. He is super thorough and doesn’t make you feel like a number. He spends time in the room with you to make sure you understand everything before you leave. And if you get home and have more questions, they encourage you to call or text the office with any questions at all. He works with you payment wise and allows you to make payments on some things if you need. He has assisted numerous women in getting pregnant. You can see a ton of photos of some of the babies he helped create all over his office! Unfortunately my husband and I are moving out of state and only got to go to Dr. Mitwally and his family for a few months but we told him we wish we could take him with us lol!! He has even offered to find me a new specialist in the area that I’m moving to. He is just an awesome person and a wonderful doctor. This office is highly recommended."
