"I feel at ease there. Despite how busy it is, the staff is welcoming and warm. Dr. Gutierrez is fantastic, and takes the time to answer any questions I have. You can also ask questions via the patient portal, and they're answered promptly. I like Acacia a lot, and I'm sure I'll be going there for a long time."

Very welcoming, thorough in her work, answers all your questions, and gives some extra pictures!!! One of the most genuine people in the medical world I have met."

"I’ve went to Acacia during my pregnancy and some of the staff can be rude, especially the man at the front desk. The main reason I’m making this review is to beware because they all deliver at St. Luke’s Baptist hospital and that hospital is TERRIBLE. The physical, mental, and emotional trauma I endured during my labor because of this hospital and their terrible staff is crazy. I’m seven months postpartum and still get sick thinking about it. Also, don’t get fooled by the “midwives” at Acacia, they act just like obs. Olivia green was mine and although she was sweet, she always overlooked my concerns and assured me the nurses at the hospital are used to births with no epidural and they certainly weren’t. I would avoid acacia and st Luke’s at all cost if you are pregnant."

"Both of my visits have went well. Dr. Ng is very nice and staff I interacted with good, as well. Nice facility and short wait. The one comment I would make is if there is a way to avoid asking at the front where everyone can hear what you are here for. I would think that should already be notated on the appt, and if needed ask once taken back because I guarantee you some people feel uncomfortable with it/HIPAA."

"I was referred to Acacia and Dr. Farina by a friend who recently had a baby. She swore this was the place, the staff and the doctor were great. However, that has not been the case for my experience. As someone pregnant for the fist time and being taken back to have my vitals checked the M.A (Rebecca) was rude and made unprofessional comments to me. My interaction with the doctor himself was short and also unprofessional. He spends no time calming your fears or answers questions. As for the rest of the office staff they are just as bad. When I was finished with my visit and given a paper by the doctor to take up to the front he says tell them you need to get in for an ultrasound today. The front office says " I don't know why he tells patients that, he doesn't know the sonographers schedules. They are booked today and cannot see you". Second time I went in as an emergency because I was bleeding and when Dr. Farina came in to see me he asked me a few quetsions and when i answered he said "YOURE COCHINA". How UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!! Once the visit was over he told me to let them know I needed to have an ultrasound done. So I did. They said "they are all booked today" I said ok well I am not going anywhere till you can figure it out. I AM 7.5 weeks and BLEEDING. They don't care about people!!!!!!!! The same time I was bleeding I called 4x back to back and was placed on hold for 10 + min and then hung up on. I finally had to message the M.A and let her know I was unable to get through by phone and needed a call back ASAP. I called today to ask one question and did not get anyone on the phone for 20 minutes!!! It took someone 20 MINUTES to answer the phone. They have 4 people running the front desk. I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRR RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE to anyone!"
