"The customer service I received was extremely disappointing. I had a conversation with an individual on Facebook Marketplace and we agreed on a specific price for the rims. However, when I arrived, they deceived me, lied to me, manipulated me, and refused to honor the price that was clearly stated. I would advise against engaging with them as they are dishonest individuals. To the owners of this establishment good luck with that and , I hope you have the year that you deserve."

"Brought my SUV in for tire balancing. I had bad shaking on the steering wheel at certain speeds. I informed them when I dropped it off. They balanced all 4 tires and told me my shaking issues were front end related and mentioned several parts that needed replacing. Took truck to mechanic ,he put truck in air and checked front end found only a leaking shock to be in need of replacement (has nothing to do with shaking)and ran the truck so we could see rotation /spinning of tires. I was there and saw all 4 tires with issues and clearly not rotating/spinning properly two of the 4 were severely damaged. If ACE truly balanced my tires how could they not have seen this? They had the balance weights on but how could a tire shop not notice how badly damaged my tires were during the balancing?This is a tire shop I've spent over $4000 at over the years. It's a shame I trusted them and they let me down. Shop around before trusting anyone. They took $80 from me the sad thing is I would've gotten the tires from them and kept using them for years to come. Purchased 4 new tires from a different shop and my truck rides like new problem solved.Beware of Ace tire and wheel."

"Wouldn't brag about the service here or their prices. I was informed when I arrived in person that my vehicle was going to be this price and was specific on what needed to be done. When it came to pay, the price was way more than discussed. When asked why the price was different, no one can explain. So naturally I paid because I was already there for 6 hours and the only car there. The employees were concerned about ordering pizza and how soon they were going to do lunch versus being attentive with the details and getting my car out less than 6 hours."
