STAAMP Allergy

"I scheduled an appointment for my son to see an allergist as part of my concern for his sleep apnea. I also decided to have myself tested for allergies. All the staff are friendly and organized and calm. My son and I saw Dr. Dice and he was everything you'd hope for in a provider, responsive to my concerns, and comprehensive in his answers and careplan. I learned so much and feel confident to make decisions about care for myself and my son. I highly recommend this office."

"While i absolutely love the doctors here, I'm not happy with their management. They literally have us waiting over an hour for each appointment, and then proceed to rush us through it like we're so unimportant. I wish there was another allergy office close to where we live."

"Won't be a patient of this office any longer. Had the initial appointment for my son which was a $50 co-pay (understandable and expected). They scheduled allergy testing separately (another $50). THEN , they wouldn't even give me results in the same visit. So now I get to wait a week for another separate visit to pay ANOTHER $50. When I asked why, the reason I got was it's for "insurance purposes". Sounds like a scam to me. I got allergy testing done for myself at my primary care and got the results immediately. Be ready to shell out a ton of money for no reason at all."

"I do not recommend this allergy office at all. I usually am not one to write reviews but I have never been more angry when leaving a doctor's office in my entire life than I was after visiting this office for the first time. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude and charged me for unnecessary things. Essentially wasted $120 for nothing. Then tried to get me to come in for a follow up that would cost another $60 to see how I'm feeling after a month but the doctor didn't give me any medicine or help me with my problems at all. So follow up appointment for what? YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! So why would I come in for a follow up if you didn't help me the first time. Instead you stole my money and made me feel like you scammed me. I came in there for allergy shots that cost $10 from my last allergy doctor and I just needed to continue my shots, instead you wasted my time, wasted my money and made me feel like I was ripped off with your poor services you provided. I will never recommend this place to anyone and hope they learn how to be kind to people instead of milking the cow for all the money they can."

"Excellence from everyone since I stepped in the office Christal was quick to assist me In a room. This clinic is just the best. The staff is super friendly Miranda was really sweet, patient, responsive specially with my son on the Spectrum very professional. Most importantly they were very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to find the answer you need."
