"I am not even sure where to start because there have been so many issues. This location truly does not even deserve the one star I am required to give to write a review. I first started going to this location when I found out I was expecting my first baby! I scheduled my appointment and had no issues, the front office ladies were kind. I work full time and do not get much PTO, so I specifically asked before my first appointment and at the scheduling of my second appt. if it would be a problem to only have 4pm or later appointments. They ASSURED me that it would not be an issue at all. Well, it quickly became an issue. Not only would they only schedule me at 3 or 3:30pm, but they often (3 times) would call/text me while working saying that I needed to call back to reschedule my appointment, because they were canceling it. This often happened one or two days before the appointment. Anyone having their first baby knows that the appointments are long awaited and to have to reschedule for another week or two out is devastating. We want to make sure our baby is doing okay! After, so many canceled appointments and rescheduling I had had it. I decided to change providers. (I did not have issues with my doctor- Dr. Loeffel, however, I did not love her either) This office requires you to pay for your child BEFORE the birth occurs. They will NOT see you if you are not making payments. Since I am a first time mom, I thought this must be normal. However, I required them to sign a form saying that any funds that I pay towards the birth would be refunded to me in the event that I change providers for ANY reason. Well, I have paid over $xxx to them and I have not stepped foot into their offices since the beginning of December 2023. I have been on the phone with their billing department- who deserves the brunt of my negative review since I left in December. After much effort I got ahold of Dominic in billing, she told me that the check would be issued and mailed no more than 3 weeks from the day we spoke. I put a reminder in my phone for that specific date to make sure that I checked the mail and did not forget to expect the check. Well, the check never came. Called Dominic back, she was utterly confused. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she could not tell me who that was. So I told her it has now been over 4 weeks- you told me there was no way that it would go over 3 weeks, I chose to have her issue a stop on the check and reissue the check. I told that I expected her to send me an email with the information of her superior so that I could contact them. It has been now over 2 weeks and she has not contacted me with that information. Shocker. However, I went to the mailbox a couple days ago and saw that I had a check for $xxx The correct amount! I was shocked that the reissued check got here in only 2 weeks! I deposited it and it showed up in my account. It was in my account for about 48 hours until I noticed that they took it out of my account and charged $9.95 to do so. I then realized this was NOT the reissued check, but was the FIRST check that was supposably issued back in December of 2023. The check was issued over a month and a half after the first conversation according to the printed date on the check. (I received this check Feb 5, 2024) Not only did it NOT take 3 weeks like Dominic said, it took almost 8 weeks instead. My bank is AMAZING, I have already gotten them to refund the charge of $9.95; however, I get to now deal with Dominic, yet again. Since this is all happening after hours. I will will be calling EVERY day until this new check shows up. And if it does not, I will access my legal rights and will begin the suing process to get the money that they were paid for a service NEVER completed. Also, they have been contacted by my new provider multiple times for my records, I have contacted them two times just for my records and they still, almost 3 months later have NOT sent them over. What a sore looser."
"TLDR; extremely unprofessional, very disrespectful, could care less about you, your spouse, or your baby, and should be shut down for fraud, and negligence. My wife was forced to prepay for the birth. After several terrible experiences with the admin (not the OB but the people that do billing and the secretaries, which to say they are terrible at their job is an understatement, I would get fired if I was that bad at my job), several cancelled appointments (because the OB wasn't in even though it was scheduled weeks in advance) even though they promised that she would have no problem getting appointments starting between 4-5, my wife finally decided to switch providers (and she loves them). After switching providers this office has not responded to requests from her new provider for the medical information, and has been fighting tooth and nail trying to keep her prepayment money even though she has a signed document saying that all of the prepayment will be refunded if the birth does not take place OR for ANY reason she goes to a new provider (she was adamant that they write up and sign a document with those parameters before paying). Now after lots of problems we have to look for legal means to get our money back (which may cost as much as what they owe us). Hopefully there is some way to get their business license revoked for fraud, but I doubt it."
"The absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Doctor office. My appt was 11:30 I got there early didn’t get seen until 12:50. And that was as I asked the front staff how much longer until I get seen. I go back to a room the MA seemed such in a rush. I asked to use the bathroom and when I returned to the room I started to undress and right away I hear the Dr outside ask the MA if I was ready and she told him yes. I had literally came back from the restroom and the Dr came in. Went in for a Pap smear which took him less then 10 min. After he was done no direction was given to me by the Dr or any staff. I know because again I have been to multiple Drs in my life that they will give you the form to give the front desk when you check out. I had to ask for the form. Which then the MA tells me it’s the paper that’s facing down on the counter like I’m suppose to know that’s it. I take it to the check out and no one is sitting at the desk. But there is a staff member standing up eating what looked like yogurt says you can come to the front to check out. So there I go as directed. And I wait in line as people were checking in then the person who checks outs comes back sees me with the form to check out and calls me back to the check out. Honestly I was just blown away on how unprofessional the staff was. Never again will I go back to this practice. I never leave reviews but this was just so bad I had to let my experience be known."
"I cannot get back to see my doctor. It’s been over an hour past my appointment. I was taken back to the room only to be asked to go back to the waiting room. I cannot tell you if the doctors are good or not, I haven’t ever seen one even though I paid for the visit in advanced."
