"Pretty sure their phone is sitting in a trash can in the back of the building since no one answers ever. I work late so I usually come in close to closing, 1st day I came in 10 minutes to closing and was told their kiosk stops taking requests 15 minutes prior…okay. 2nd day I came in 30 minutes prior, still the kiosk didn’t take any requests. Is this a pharmacy or a waste my time simulator?"

"Please do better. There’s no reason that a lot of veterans (especially those who are elderly or disabled) should be standing in line for over an hour before the pharmacy opens. How about having an automated system to where people can check in on their phones and give an approximated wait time. Technology is advancing so why do y’all have a ticket system? Cmon now. Thats not the way to treat those who have served our country!"

"I know the Army can do better. I’ve come here 3 days this week have wasted more than 3 hours waiting and not receiving. The one thing that would reduce wait times and improve processes is prescreen check-in. There’s literally a line to get a number before you’re actually in line and the line starts 1.5 hours before the pharmacy opens"

"16 months since the pandemic started and today I waited 2 HOURS to pick up a prescription. This process has only gotten worse. Why is there no announcements of numbers through the whole PX so you are not stuck waiting in the small waiting area for hours? Why are people allowed to pull numbers outside of the opening hours? There were 56 tickets prior to the “regular” numbers when I arrived at 9:30 this morning. It took 1 hour and 20 min to get to the first regular ticket. This is ABSURD!! Open the Desert Sage Pharmacy please!!! Let us Westside resident have a decent option for picking up our prescription that doesn’t take a half day!"

"I have been coming here for a year. While the wait has been consistently long the staff has always been welcoming and pleasurable. I didn’t have to wait in my car running up the gas while trying to stay warm or cool. They were even able to fill an emergency order in a very short time."
