She really listens to me and my feelings/needs. Office has reasonable pricing of services without insurance. Prompt, reliable follow-through to appointments and prescription refills. Due to covid19, they offer appointments over the phone and some in office if needed."

"I had been a patient with Dr. Whidbee for many years. I followed her from San Antonio to Boerne. Driving a great distance because I trusted her all the way to Boerne. In March, things started to change. Instead of speaking with dr. Whidbee, I found myself talking to her secretary more and more. We decided to try a new medicine which sent me to another doctor and I ended up with heart issues. When I phoned her, she was not answering and I had to deal with another dr. I just stopped going to see her. Sick of paying and not getting to speak with her. I still cannot believe she has made no effort to contact me. I was physically and mentally in a bind and I feel still so abandoned. I've had terrible withdrawls from stopping the medications she had me on. Again, only her secretary would contact me. She wasn't the doctor. Don't know what to tell anyone who would consider being a patient with her. I just don't. Left high and dry. Very unprofessional. A real professional would have told me long ago they were tired of me or whatever. But to let a patient just unravel like that is so awful. I won't go ever again. Ever."
