"I’ve honestly always had my prescriptions at Walmart. I used to live far east then moved to central. I switched my pharmacy to Cielo. The prescriptions were sent by the ER and I had called to made sure they had all the prescriptions. George helps me out but is a bit rude. I ask him if he could let me know what prescriptions they sent out and he told me they will be ready later. I told him they are all not showing on my app I would like to know the names of the medications you have that they prescribed to me. (I work at 4 and don’t want any delay in my medication.) then again he says they will tell you when they are ready. Then laughed. Honestly I don’t understand why anyone has to be rude. I asked to speak with a manager and said they were on vacation then put me on hold and no one answered. I had to call again for the other girl not to even acknowledge how that guy had acted. It’s sad how people can not care in their workplace and still be rude. You should get people with actual customer service."

"Day 1....Prescription send by doctor 3 pm, got in at 6 pm to get it still not ready, was told to come back at 8 pm. They didn't have meds available. they told me to come back in the morning 8 to 10 am. Day 2...at 1130 am line for pick up 30 min, ...they could not find my prescription . Instead of helping they send me to line #2 wait another 20 min waiting, same thing that they could not find it. But after I ask for them to look it up again they finally go it....told to come back in 3 hours to pick it up because they will be close for lunch.......really?? Probably worst pharmacy ever. hope I can get my meds before I die..."
"This is by far the most unorganized and unhelpful pharmacy around! It seems every time I got to pick up medicine they don’t have it ready even after getting texts that it’s ready for pick up. After they messed up and didn’t have it ready they made me wait another 30 minutes to fill the prescription they already had texted me was ready. Definitely could be better with their customer service."
"A week ago I went to pick up a Prescription an hour after it was called in to find out it was not ready. Waited another 20-25 minutes. Once I got to the window; took another 10 minutes. The tech never asked for my rewards card (second time). A week later, I received a phone call from a female from this Walgreen's stating that I failed to pick up my daughter's prescription. When I explained to her that I did that day; she seemed confused. Once she looked into it, she said I had another one. I asked her why was I not told that I had another one; she couldn't answer me. She said maybe it was the cost of the medication; which I quickly told her that would never be an issue, but I was never told of this medication. When I asked her what medication was it, she said it is for your daughter. I asked her what it was, then she read out the name. I asked her what was it, what was it for....she stated she didn't know. I felt frustrated, so I asked to speak to the Pharmacist (who said he was the Head Pharmacist. He was not much help either. I asked him to explain why didn't anyone tell me that I had another medication to pick up. He stated that medication was not covered by the insurance and needed to find another; AGAIN, I asked why was this not told to me. I asked him why can't his techs couldn't even tell me what the medication was for; he stated that isn't there job. I asked then, if that is the case, why are they making the call; the consumer is going to have questions, he said that is why she called me. I explained to him that the reason he was called was because I asked to speak to him. Instead of using his customer service skills, listening to the customer, and taking constructive criticism, he insisted on making sure he and his staff were not in the wrong. I have dealt with bad business in the past, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I have dealt with long lines, incompetent and rude people.. I am done with you Walgreen's. CVS....here I come."
