"I was promised after replacing a faulty valve my check engine light would go off to pass the yearly emissions test. The check engine came on later that day. After looking at it they told me they can't fix the check engine light, said I should take it to the dealership. I don't think my valve was bad they made it up to get money"

"I don't believe the reviews and think they are phony. Called spoke with owner about electrical problem on a 2003 Chevy Avalanche he said bring it in we can fix it. I drove my vehicle to the shop. 7 days later I had to have it towed to a Chevy dealer. They destroyed the possibility of a normal cost to fix my vehicle being towed #1 Now the extra cost from dealer to repair what they damaged. #2 45 years I have never ran across a place that won't call you back and made a vehicle worse than when you brought it in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!"

They’ll let you know what’s needed, and what can wait. Been bringing my vehicles here since I moved to Waukegan. New management there even better than the first, and the first was great.
