"The treatment that I’ve received at ATI is really helpful. The exercises are very helpful too. The therapist know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable about my situation and problems. They structure specific exercises to help me with my exact problem and it is helping a lot. This is my second time going through therapy at ATI for different areas of my body so I really know that they are good and know what they are doing."

"Tiny update - I did reach out via phone to the patient advocate team, was told someone was looking into it, and then never heard back. So, that's still where we are at with everything not being any closer to any type of resolution. This review is difficult to write because as a location, I think the people and the sense of community they foster was great. Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and communicative which was a vast difference to a previous PT experience I had elsewhere. The problem though lies with deceptive billing practices from ATI as a whole that extend to this location. When I did my intake session, I was told and signed a form acknowledging my appointments would be $10. I was like “oh wow, really?” And in response was told “yep, we cover the other half.” Ok, didn’t think anything of that other than how awesome that was. I ended up getting a bill in the mail like two weeks later for a few dollars and figured that was just them balancing out things. Paid it and didn’t think twice. Got another bill in the mail a week or two later and didn’t open it because I figured it was the same situation and I’d get that covered eventually. I will whole hearted acknowledge that was my responsibility and fault that I didn’t open that bill sooner. A few more weeks go by, I get another bill and I’m kind of wondering why I’m getting them now. I open it up and apparently I owe like $230 dollars. Now, this is not from late fees or anything like that. This was my insurance telling them that I owed another $20 per session and that was the accumulation of that. At no point in time did anyone at this location or at corporate, notify me that there were going to be additional payments like that. I call then up (their corporate number since it’s difficult to get the number for specific locations unless you have a business card or get transferred via the corporate line) and the woman I spoke to seemed shocked that no one from the location had informed me of the additional costs I would be charged. I get that $30/$40 a session is typical for my insurance coverage (given past experience with this and then) but the issue is that it feels incredibly deceptive that I was getting billed more with zero communication or notice from the location (and remember, I double checked originally because I was surprised at the low cost). I had quite a few sessions that I was going to at the end there that weren’t really doing much because we realized the injury was different than what I originally came in with and I 100% would have stopped going earlier had I known I was being charged more for each visit. When I called the corporate number (as mentioned earlier) and asked for them to reduce this somehow (not fully, but just to make this right/better somehow since the representative very much made it sound like the error was on this location not informing me of this), I was told she would see what she could do and that I’d get a call back in a few days. Lo and behold, no one from corporate ever called me back (and I couldn’t follow up again since I am out of the country). So all in all, if you want a friendly face, this location will provide that. If you want to feel like something is off about how they’re charging you, this location/company also has you covered there. Again, I hate that I’m writing all this but it was pretty frustrating and the fact that it was never resolved is also irritating so I’m hoping this creates some sort of action to get this resolved."

"This ATI location and their equipment, facilities are great. All the staff members and their director are very knowledgeable, friendly and they go above and beyond in taking care of patients. I highly recommend this fun filled place to anyone needing physical therapy."

"I totally recommend this therapy facility! The entire staff works together as a tight team with the highest level of knowledge, skill, care, and humor. They really helped me strengthen my core to alleviate chronic back pain. They start off with an analysis and a totally customized plan for their clients. Instead of dreading physical therapy because you do work hard, people like Mariah, Kalgi, Meena, Jason and every tech kept me inspired to not skip sessions and to want to attend ATI in Flower Mound until it was time for me to graduate. The therapy was exceptional!"

"As a patient who has had many back surgeries this PT location is easily the best I’ve seen. They care about their patients, and make the tough recovery process as fun as possible while still working you hard so you improve. If you want to converse during treatment Kalgi and Sara will always engage you with fun banter, and if you prefer to just focus on your reps Meena will guide you in proper treatment while letting you keep to yourself. Jason is great at helping formulate a treatment plan, and is always available with a wealth of knowledge for the tough questions that often arise in rehabilitation. I’ve been a repeat visitor and will definitely choose this location for PT after my next procedure. I highly recommend anyone else prescribed PT does the same!"
