"Dr. Khawaja and the team are truly exceptional. They genuinely prioritize patient care and embrace a comprehensive treatment approach."
"Alex Dominguez Very pleased with MD TrueCare Keller Doctors are very helpful they listen to my concerns by asking me the right questions letting me to know that they do understand me. I feel that I’m not alone in-trying to get the proper care for myself, they are professionals and take my health seriously. Not like others Doctors in our area. Thank you for all that y’all due for us."

"Edit: December 2023 I recently had a better experience with this provider given that medication was in stock and I didn’t have to make any calls. ________ Original August 2023: ________ Used to have a great provider who listened, but the practice has changed over time. To help you understand how the quality has declined, here’s my most recent issue refilling a medication (one that I was unable to change pharmacies on my own due to the type). If you want to be the only advocate for yourself, having to call and be ignored 10 times over the span of a week to get your most basic needs met, try MD TruCare. Otherwise maybe try another practice. Either way, know what you could be getting into if you have important medications that must be filled on a regular basis. My most recent issue was about medication refill. I called to refill it, they sent it to my usual pharmacy but it was out of stock. I called about six other pharmacies and finally found one that had it in stock. Great. Called MD TruCare back and let them know what was going on and asked to have the pharmacy changed. From here on, every time, MD TruCare either sent it back to the same out of stock pharmacy or didn’t do anything at all each time I called (even after verbal confirmation). To add insult to injury, don’t worry about leaving brief detailed messages, no one will bother listening to them. They will probably just call back telling you that they sent the medication over 3 days ago (to the wrong pharmacy) ignoring basic listening comprehension. Keep in mind, this is about 8 calls in over the span of 6 days. On day 4 I was asked to pay a standard copay for managing medication. That didn’t feel great after 4 days of struggling to be heard on a basic level but I went ahead. The next day? No one bothered to do anything. Collected payment then nothing. The only reason I called was due to the pharmacy issue. It’s as if the health implications of lapsing medication don’t matter to MD TruCare, it’s deeply upsetting and deeply disrespectful never mind unsafe. I can accept human error but it’s difficult to accept error after error when leaving messages that were not listened to. If anyone at MD TruCare is reading this, I encourage you to listen to the messages again so you can understand how difficult this has been. I get the impression that no one has bothered to actually listen or take action. I’d like to point out that Nessa was the one who finally took my request seriously, listened, understood the problem, then took action. I appreciate the quick help after so many misses from others at the practice."
"I came here because for years I have been telling doctors I am exhausted and no amount of energy drinks or caffeine will help. I was referred to have a sleep study done and after 10 years a doctor finally took me seriously and looked into why instead of just blaming me. Turns out I have a sleep disorder. Doctor Khawaja got the sleep study ordered, I was diagnosed and because of my diagnosis I was a good fit for a research study. I was assigned a nurse, Eli, who was awesome and attentive. She was available 24/7 for questions and when appointments were needed she was very flexible. The whole research study process was easy, clear to understand, and the compensation was nice. The medication I trialed was even a good fit and one I hope becomes available soon."
