"The front staff is, not as friendly and they do not care to make sure you understand how much you’re going to be charged. I had a credit on my account my very first appointment (my HSA COVERED) and every appointment following I haven’t had to make a payment and front desk lady (when you come from the back) says I had a credit and didn’t have to pay but wanted TO KEEP MY FUNDS “just in case” I get charged for that visit, but never did. I go in for another visit and I still have this same credit and when I asked for a refund since my insurance covered; I was told AGAIN to wait until the following Monday since BOTH ladies that handles refunds wasn’t there smh!!! Now as far as this DR. Adams , she doesn’t spend time actually listening or analyze your skin as she should; she’s literally in and out under five minutes. How can someone possibly know what’s wrong with your skin in under five minutes there is no way. Two out of three visits she prescribed me just whatever and nothing worked. I’ve been to her office three times and this last visit I advise that nothing was working none of the medication and ask for something stronger for My acne which is the main reason for me going to the dermatologist and she advised the strongest medication I would have to take a birth control to go with it which is outrageous; with that being said, this doctors office is all about getting your MONEY and NOT about the care of the patient our needs. I will never come here again EVER!!!!!"

"Awful appointment availability. Push back for scheduling and would not schedule an appointment since I did not have my insurance group number handy."

"I call to book an appointment, the lady was so rude to me, she wouldn't give me any clear information and she kept repeating the same thing over n over again with an attitude tone , and lastly when I asked her if the slots would open up to book an appointment she hung up on my face. You calll that customer service?!"
