"Eva Bertrand has been working with my daughter and me on different problems—“golfer’s elbow” for my daughter and pain relief, strength, and balance issues due to vein issues for me. For my daughter, Eva worked with her to relieve elbow pain and to strengthen her arm and hand. My daughter felt no more pain after about a 2.5 week period. Within 1-2 weeks she had regained much of her arm strength. For me, Eva has been working with rebuilding strength in my arms, back, and legs. She has been working with me using different types of weights to help strengthen my leg and arm muscles. She encouraged me to check with my doctor to see if there was something keeping me from healing—problems of cramping in my right calf which kept me from putting weight on it. I found out that it was due to a blood clot. Eva has been working with me with cold laser therapy. EMS (Electronic muscle stimulation) therapy, with Myofacial Release (Acupressure) and with cupping.. She has offered me many recommendations to help with my balance and to help me get up and down (problems with falling). I’ve already recommended Premier Physical Therapy to my friends."
