"Eva Bertrand has been working with my daughter and me on different problems—“golfer’s elbow” for my daughter and pain relief, strength, and balance issues due to vein issues for me. For my daughter, Eva worked with her to relieve elbow pain and to strengthen her arm and hand. My daughter felt no more pain after about a 2.5 week period. Within 1-2 weeks she had regained much of her arm strength. For me, Eva has been working with rebuilding strength in my arms, back, and legs. She has been working with me using different types of weights to help strengthen my leg and arm muscles.
