"I recently was referred to Dr. Fadil by my PC doctor. I found the front desk personnel professional, welcoming and helpful. The medical staff was the same. I had some nerve tests done that were clearly explained to me to take away any nervousness I had. I found Dr. Fadil very engaged and he took his time to listen and ask thorough questions. Thankfully, my problems don’t seem to involve the nerves (testing showed my leg nerves to be fine) so I’ll be on my way to a recommended orthopedic doctor. But I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.Fadil and his excellent staff. They took the time to listen and through a process of elimination, we’re able to pinpoint my leg problem. Very helpful and very satisfied patient here."
"Very professional, very understanding, helpful, compassionate about his patient. He has helped me a lot with all my questions about my migraines. His staff are very friendly, loving and caring and courtesy. Thank you."
"I have been to this office twice now and have another appointment scheduled for this week. I have a pretty concerning family history and even at the young age of 28 I had so much stress and being a single mother so much anxiety surrounding and waiting on a prognosis that would realize my deepest fear. The first time I went I had to string my 8 year old along with me. My son has ADHD and taking him anywhere can be challenging. He’s talkative and moves everywhere. The Front desk receptionist was really patient and kind with not just me but my son as well. I watched her socialize with the other patients and she was very welcoming and professional. I got called in the back and the kind woman that took my vitals and weight was very understanding and kind to myself and my son as well. Dr. Hamil went over my history listened to my concerns and made me feel like he cared about my worries. He said there was no indication that my fears were a reality but to give me a piece of mind he ordered MRI’s and made sure I knew the plan and was comfortable moving forward. He played with my son and pretended to give him an exam too. When I left to make my follow up appointment I got to chat more with Andrea and love going into the office when I go for other appointments in the building to say hi! All this just as a token of my gratitude for what was the scariest and most stressful anxiety filled emotional moments of my life. I highly recommend them. EVERYONE there were helpful!"
"I do not recommend this office at all. My mother went here yesterday and the little office receptionist was so unprofessional and rude. She left her sitting for 20 minutes in the office and then finally told her they didn't accept her insurance (which they do, my mother was given a list from her doctor who retired of neurologists who accept her insurance). She has multiple insurance including Tricare. What a way to treat your retired veterans widows. The office lady was bad mouthing primary care physicians and how they make her sick. She is very uneducated in knowing insurance companies and policies. She told my mom she has an HMO which in fact she has a PPO. How can an office not know the difference? Please stay away from this office. This was my mom's first and last visit. Her PCP will now help her find a new office. This office may want to find a new receptionist/office lady! My mother's health is very important to us and you wasted her time and were very inconsiderate and rude."
"Dr Fadil and his staff are great! We had our first visit yesterday and they were so kind. We have a "long and detailed story" and Dr. Fadil wanted all the details so that he could get a complete understanding of the big picture. Sometimes there is a clue in these small details and we are glad to find someone who appreciates that. Dr. Fadil is a calm, kind, and gentle person."
