"Horrible experience. I should of read the reviews prior to scheduling here. My exam for my disability claim last all of 10 minutes. I did not get asked specific questions on my conditions, like symptoms or what makes it worse or how is it related to military. They did not take my questionnaire and refused to take my medical records that show my hospital visits for the condition I'm reporting. Overall horrible experience, I was expecting more from these providers."
"Conducted wrongful diagnosis having vendors that missed and deliberately denied conditions that veterans are actually suffered. Take an hour of phone call to issue a travel payment check. And waiting for months to get any check sent."
"The VA sent my 98 year old father here for a hearing disability exam. He is a WWII vet that was a aircraft mechanic on an air carrier during the war. I will start off by saying the office staff was very accommodating and that was the end of a pleasant experience. My father saw Dr. Kelly. My father was in wheelchair and I asked for assistance to get him into the booth. Dr. Kelly just said that he was going to have to get in himself or I was going to have to get him in myself. She said she had a bad back. Well, I do too, but I eventually got him into audiology sound booth. There were others in office that she could have gotten to assist. After finally getting him situated, she then began her exam. All I can say is she was very short with him and the exam seemed not to be complete. It was apparent she did not want to be bothered with the process, and it was quite clear. I cannot tell you how despicable this examiner was with dealing with one of this country's last remaining WW II vets. Then, I received the determination from the VA that she stated the audiometric scores were inconsistent or not reliable. As no reliable audio metrics findings were available, the evidence did not show you have disability hearing for VA purposes. My father has profound hearing loss. He has worn hearing aids for many many years. Although he suffered for years with his loss of hearing, he never asked the VA for anything. If you are seeking help in a determination for yourself or a loved one, DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. Let me also say my father had even been treated for his hearing loss at VA and received his hearing aids from them! Go figure!!!!! We recently were sent to Livingston Hearing in Hurst for new hearing aids. What a difference in Audiologists. It is ashame this doctor at QTC has ability to work with elders, etc. I waited many months to write this review because I did not want to be too harsh, but after visiting Livingston I felt it was time. I do not want any other veteran or elder to experience this. Will be notifying VA as well."
"Terrible process. They give you the run around. Horrible communication between vendors and veteran clients. They delay the process of setting an appointment. Their online portal doesn't always work. Me and my soldiers have been nothing but stressed, annoyed, and disappointed with our dissatisfied encounter with all of qtc"
