"While I would probably give a 4 out of 5 if I were being honest, they do not deserve a 1 out of 5 at all. Thus, I am giving a 5 out of 5 to balance it out. Dr. Kjeldgaard and his staff were knowledgeable, and he did a good job on my tailbone surgery. I feel much better two years later! My only slight complaint, hence why I would give a 4 out of 5, if they did not explain things very well. I did not understand initially I would have to drive to 3 hours+ to his office every week for several months after the surgery. Although I might have looked harder for someone closer to me, the only other doctor I found that would do tailbone surgery in Texas was in Houston. As bad as it was driving to Ft. Worth, Houston would have been way worse! Anyways, he is a good doctor. While they seem really busy overall, I would just make sure to ask questions to ensure you understand everything."
"Well my wife was referred to these doctors by another doctor. They called this morning to speak with her. The call started out ok but when she told them that her injury is from an old car wreck; they told her that won't any doctor here in Fort Worth see her. This is very disturbing. Guess since they won't be able to upcharge, they won't see her. All I can say is pathetic."
