"I went here to get a new suit. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Paul Alberts. This is the man to see for any of your attire needs. Paul is undoubtedly a textbook example of passionate customer service, and I've never encountered someone who does it better. Ever. He is honest, professional, and has the knowledge to make you look sharp and dress the part. Not only did he fit me and offer me a few different options, he made every effort possible to find me the best deal possible. He found multiple items for me on the clearance rack that were perfect. I saved well over $500 on just all the clearance deals he found. I am floored. Mr. Alberts is the sole reason I will be doing business there again."

Do not recommend this place when I confronted with the manager to tell him my situation, he kicked me out and told me never to return and my picture will be placed on the wall. also, threaten to call the police on me do not go here."

"I went here to get fitted for my friend's wedding and to buy a few items. I got exactly what I needed and the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. The fitting went smooth and quick. I didn't catch her name, but she was also cheerful and pleasant to us. I recommend this place for your suit and tux needs."

"Nickki literally turned our wedding disaster around and was so considerate, caring, and professional. One photo is the CUSTOM suit (from a different location in Wisconsin) and the other photos are my groom’s dream suit that Nickki and Jason helped us achieve. We were devastated with the original suit but kept getting promised that it would look better once we got this-or-that done. It was definitely not sized right and the amount of tailoring needed to be done would have botched the suit. We went to this location to buy our groomsman’s suit, which looked amazing, and realized how disappointed we were with the custom suit. We showed pictures to Nickki and Jason and they immediately recognized the problem and did everything they could to help us fix it as soon as possible. Honestly the amount of care and empathy they had for us as their customers was shocking, and they stopped us from having wedding photos that we would regret for decades.
