"If you like Jos A Bank clothes like I do as a loyal 20-year customer, do yourself a favor and order online because this store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Twice now including this week, I walked into the store and none of the store staff said hello or even recognized the fact that I just walked in. They weren't even busy when I went in there. Totally ignored. I fitted myself with two new sport coats and felt guilty completing the purchase, thinking to myself this is rewarding bad behavior. Even the check-out clerk couldn't be bothered to do the basic thing of all businesses which is to make it easy to take the customer's money when he has made a decision to purchase. He was finishing folding clothes and not even a 'be with in just a second'. I told him this is the worst customer service I ever was subjected to, he mumbled what might be an apology, I couldn't even understand him. This store should be closed and its staff fired, they obviously have no business doing this sort of job and should find another line of work."

"Went in and was attended to by Diego after waiting for 25mins for another sales representative to attended my needs. That guy the one who kept me waiting kept serving other people and completely ignoring me this was After he told me he'd be right with me. Served at least 3 or 4 other people in the meantime. Granted I went in severely undressed testing Tim's review below written about a year ago. Turns out Tim was right. Only redeeming part I found was Diego who took care of me on a whim of hope that I probably wasn't wasting his time. Diego spent about a hour with me explaining everything another person is Raphael he was a great man who also helped tremendously. Note to any other employee you never know who you come across and who they know and what that person truly makes. Pick up any single sales book and read it it'll do you wonders. Other than the first 25mins of waiting with ample staff to take care of me. I will still give it 4 stars."

"Terrible service. We bought two suits from Jos A bank and we’re happy to hear they also did alterations. Worst mistake we made was getting alterations from Jos a bank in kildeer. We live an hour away and we needed to go back a total of 4 times to fix mistakes they had made. The last time we called ahead of time to ensure it was ready since we have a far drive and we’re told it was ready. When we arrived they had my fiancé try on the suit with pins still in it. Turns out it was never done. No apology was given and no refund offered. We decided to take our suits elsewhere and had to fight for a full refund. Extremely disappointed with the service. Do not get your alterations done here !"

"First time tux renter and Claudine was very patient and helpful with making my experience very pleasant. Claudine is very friendly and kind. Attentive and kind. Thank you very much Claudine for making my first tux rental experience one that will have me coming back again. If anyone that is unsure and inexperienced in buying or renting a tux. I recommend going to the Kildeer location. Awesome job."

"My review is similar to Garrett’s below. They have a great selection of suits and pants. The customer service is absurd. If you don’t look “the part” you will be treated terribly or ignored in general. We originally went in to get a suit tailored. When they had me try on the old suit, the manager told me that it looked terrible on me. It was definitely big, so we let that comment go even though his tone was flippant. When we decided to buy a brand new suit as opposed to getting one tailored, the manager said “Are you sure you can afford it?” We let that go too although his tone and comment were completely uncalled for. As I tried on suits and pants he was snickering with another employee while pointing directly at myself. It didn’t seem friendly but I won’t make assumptions as to what was said. In addition, not once did any employee, other than the young man, address my wife. Meanwhile, customers who were older than us came in and were greeted cordially and treated with respect. Our questions were ignored at the register by the lady. My wife asked the same question three times before she got a rude one word answer. If we weren’t in a time crunch, we would not have purchased anything from them. Aside from the young man, who was great, the rest of the staff make it clear that they did not want us there. We immediately filed a complaint with corporate. The suits/pants aren’t worth the customer service."
