Mavis Tires & Brakes

"Had tires installed on my Mitsubishi Outlander. Noticed scratches on all of them in the same spot around the rim. Called and talked to Jay. He told me to bring it in so he could look at it. Showed up there, he looked at it and pretty much said it wasn't from them when they were fresh scratches on the rims. He brought me out to the shop and showed me the duck head on the machine, and i felt it, and it was rough and sharp all over. He pretty much said its not their problem its mine, and i can buff it out. Very unprofessional about it. I then took it to another tire shop, and they also said yes, that mark is from the duck head of the tire machine. Which i already knew this from black rims on another vehicle being scratched by a tire machine years ago. I will definitely never do business with Mavis again."

After a short wait they took my car in where Dan did my oil change. He did a great job! Everyone that I was greeted by was very professional and nice.
