"Gave all information including allergy info yet the prescription had a base that is an allergen. Just couldn't take the chance so I refused the medicine despite an assurance there might not be a reaction anyway."

"Pharmacy is truly awful. I get that we all have high stress lives that make some of our days more difficult than others, but I never want to witness anyone being short with my mother like they were today. Ever. She's a sweet lady, she takes care of her mom full time (who has Alzheimers), without help, and is still employed. Naturally, she's on blood pressure medication to stabilize everything that is going on. She's been four days without it. We had gone in to see about it and they said they were out of the medication at the prescription window by a nice gentleman. Today, I was around the corner when the lady at the prescription window acted snappishly towards my mother. It was disgusting. She wasn't one of the older ladies, who have always been very nice. I'm in my 20's and I firmly believe if you haven't snapped out of being a bully by your late teens, the future is looking pretty bleak for you. She should not be working with customers. Since the gentleman at the prescription counter had told her before whether or not the medicine was even in stock, she thought this woman could tell her. To which she snapped at my mom to go to a different window. Needless to say, I'll be glad when we get my mom's new written prescription. We will not go back to Walmart and, God willing, we'll be leaving LBK soon."
