"Pharmacy hours say they open at 9, the store at 8. 11am came to CVS to get my 2yr old sons prescription. Pulled up and there’s an automated service that says someone will be with me. No sign saying they are closed. I waited and nobody came. 15 min later I drive around to the front to walk inside. I have my sick 2yr old with me. The nice lady at the front tells me there is no pharmacist. The pharmacist was supposed to be in at 10:30. This is uncalled for and unprofessional. I will now start going to Walmart from hence forth. Ridiculous!"
"Was verbally bullied the minute I walked up by pharmacist. The staff member was very unpleasant and looked annoyed . It is very uncomfortable to go there to pick up your prescriptions. Customer service training is very much needed ."
"Have Asthma. The Albuterol Rescue Inhaler malfunctioned. Unable to get any medication during broncospasm and asthma exacerbation. I drove to CVS and handed the inhaler to the pharmacist. She said it doesn’t function at all. Lot of medication in the cylinder but will not spray. I requested a replacement. She refused and told me to wait 7 days. The next 3 days were nerve racking. I felt very short of breath with wheezing due to wind and cold front Ended up at Ugent Care for breathing treatment and the physician placed me on prednisone and gave me an inhaler that worked. CVS was negligent by not helping me with a defective inhaler. Physician told me CVS may not have professionals that care about patients. I have to agree"
"I went to go & get my RXs. Was in drive though line for 10m. Then when I get to the front they tell me that they are closed. I talked to the pharmacist & store manager. Tell & Isabella they weren’t able or willing to help me. Even though I have been waiting on this antibiotic & another very important med. I have a scan today. I needed my meds & instead of taking care of me. That just kept saying there’s nothing we can do. Really now? I have gone here for 17 years. My family & I will switch pharmacies as of today. You won’t get anymore of my money. By the way Covid is over so go back to regular hours & get Manson back because he would taking care of me! Like they should have last night!"
"I used this pharmacy for years then moved to OK and just moved back to Lubbock. They made it so easy to move my prescriptions back here, update my profile with a new address and just very friendly and courteous. I've never had a problem with this pharmacy and would highly recommend them to anyone!"
