"A little disappointed. Came here around 345p on 2/14. The two girls working didn’t even greet or acknowledge us; we literally passed in front of them and they were just gossiping. Customer service is really critical to sales. Unfortunately, they are probably not trained for sales. Coming from a huge AX fan, I left the store disappointed."

"Don't shop here. The staff here are rude. Specifically the store manager here has pathetic customer service skills.Please stay away from these people and shop. All the reviews about the staff being rude are true. The staff literally ignored us when we asked questions as if we are not there. I will make sure to write a feedback to Armani about the store manager here. I am 100% sure Armani is losing a lot of business at this store because of the staffs carelessness. Armani should have some responsible skilled person as store manager at this store."

"On 9/2/22 went to this store and purchased few items. When got home - realized it was damaged. The next morning went back, told them about the damage and they refused to exchange, they were totally rude and took off all responsibilities regarding the damage, first time such ridiculous situation. Super frustrating. The person that sold me the item was quietly watching as the manager was “managing” the situation. Not as frustrated for loosing basically $65, as much as the customer service, wow! What a poor skilled management! As a person that works in sales for years - never saw such absurd. Do not buy in this store, better stay away, otherwise you’ll get with damaged stuff at home and the next day they’ll wash their hands off. Worst store ever been to."
