"I am so grateful to have sent my prescription to this pharmacy. After driving for 10 hours coming back from a family trip I was going to arrive a few minutes after closing. The pharmacy member kindly attended me even though it meant that he was going to go home late. When he was processing the order, we found out that my insurance didn’t cover the prescription so he applied some coupons in order for me to not have to pay full price. I am very grateful for his kindness and I will gladly continue to come here for all my family’s pharmacy needs."

"Showed up at 10:12pm to get case of was and Sudafed. Got what I wanted got to checkout bit no one was around. I yelled hello several times but it took someone nearly 7 minutes to come out. I could have left with the product by then. Don't know what happened to the lady ahead of me. I also went to the back of the store and said hello. Then when he came out he didn't apologize for not being there or anything. Just asked for my phone number and took my order. Someone needs to work with work ethics and customer service plus need someone to monitor that store. I know it was late and you hardly get people but please."

"Today was the last straw. I've had other horrible experience with this pharmacy but I am just posting my experience today. The head pharmacist helps the person in front of me. When it's my turn he ignores me completely and gets on the computer. Two other employees back there and no help for about 15 minutes and that's because 2 more customers got in line. The head pharmacist finally tells someone to help me or the line. She rings up my prescriptions but didn't run my insurance on the meds. She leaves to "fix" the problem. The head pharmacist opens the next register and helps 3 other customers and 3 car customers, meanwhile I'm just standing there waiting. The girl who was helping me left the pharmacy area and still the head pharmacist ignored me. Finally, another employee comes and decides to finish my transaction. I was the first one there. The customer in front of me actually got back in line behind me, so technically i was the first one there, 8 people got attended, then I was the last to leave. However, not after a 15 minute wait before even getting acknowledged. I've been there numerous times but only have this problem with the Male head pharmacist."
