"The people that worked in there were nice enough when I went in though it was obvious they didn’t want to be there. Then I had to call the next day around 11 to get them to send the results to my employer. I was told that it was sent right then but it was still another 2 hours before it was actually sent."

"Went a week in advance of Dr apt and paid for $500 worth of tests .. couldn’t get them to send my results nor did they send to my Doctors and they wouldn’t answer their phone the day before my Dr apt to tell me why I wasn’t sent my test results as promised the day prior. I’ve now had to postpone my Dr apt and am still awaiting my tests results .. my Dr has told me not to use them again as they aren’t saving me any money as a private pay patient and the Drs have had too many issues getting results from them"

"It was quick and easy to do a urine test there. The door to restroom didn't even have a doorknob though. There was just an open hole. The lady that did the test wasn't a lab tech. This isn't a lab by any means. They don't really do walk in lab work during the hrs posted. There is a cutoff time well before closing. I wouldn't recommend it."

"Posted hours are not honored. You are able to go online and make an appointment, yet arrive to lights out, doors locked for a 7:30 appointment. Website and posted hours needs to be changed if they are not going to be open when posted. Online forms need to be adjusted as well to indicate when they really are open and confirmation of appointments needs to be made. Don’t promise what you can’t/won’t deliver."
