"The customer service here is excellent, with great communication systems integrated with technology. The work has been consistently solid, the location is walkable from home, and reliable for at least the routine maintenance parts needed the past couple years. The caveat is price, but with inflation there’s not a good sense for what things should cost. (The last time at an oil change shop it was $120 instead of the $20-40 a decade ago.) The best part is receiving text links to photos of the problems they find with accurate estimates for cost and time to complete."

"Their customer service is good but mechanics aren’t great. I got my car serviced which started out okay but within days my car started leaking oil a lot then I went back because maybe it was a bad part so they fixed it for the second time but forgot to put oil in. Then 2 more lights came on check engine and srv 4wheel drive. I called them and brought my car in for the 3 rd time. They told me it’s the part that is bad they needed to re order but never called me back. I took my car to a local mechanic they said that Christian brothers messes up people cars and I have heard that from a lot of people. My warranty company didn’t want to pay for the part since it was a Christian brothers warranty I called them and they wanted Me to drop my car off for a minimum of two days. Absolutely not from what I hear around they aren’t a good company to service any car. I got so frustrated I lost my car for a month because I was bringing mechanics my car that should be working fine, I highly recommend that anyone going to Christian brothers does their research because they aren’t as great as they seem. I just wish that I didn’t take my car to them in until first place."
