"This was my forth visit and Dr still enters room and introduces him as if he doesn't know me. Asks what is going on, even when you are returning for the previous appointment results. I have moved on to another Dr. I can't trust he will know who I'm when doing surgery, might end up getting surgery for something I don't have."

"Disappointing experience, clearly understaffed. Was diagnosed with tendonitis of the shoulder - issue was actually in my neck (C3/C4 vertebrae compression). Had to call back after several days to get them to complete my referral to a PT. Sent a message through their portal about needing pain meds and three weeks later still haven't received a response. Thankfully the PT properly diagnosed my issue and relieved pain at first appointment. Dr. Tucker is a nice man, good bedside manner and his staff is friendly, but I waited 40 minutes after my scheduled time before I saw the doctor."
