"Took our truck in for a transmission rebuild. Had an appointment to bring in on a Monday and didn't get the truck back for a month. Transmission was working great but was leaking fluid so we called and they said bring it back and they would fix under warranty. We asked them to check the air conditioning system as well so they could make a bit to make it worth it for them. They kept the truck another month letting us know it also needed a serpentine belt. Got it back again Still leaking fluid and the serpentine belt is chewed up because they didn't change the idler pulley. They also told us the air conditioning was fine and didn't touch it. The air conditioning system is not working properly. Very disappointing to have your vehicle gone for months with no results beyond the rebuild leaking transmission. Will not be returning regardless of warranty."
