"The staff is soooooo unorganized and unprofessional.. unreliable.. anything with UN IDK HOW THEY GOT ANY CERTIFICATE OR ANYTYPE OF DIPLOMA SMH VERY VERY BAD.. ID HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB AT TIMES .. AS A MATTER OF FACT THERE IS A PATIENT RITE NOW WAITING OVER AN HOUR ... GET THIS... THE STAFF WENT TO LUNCH LEAVING HIM WAITING SMH TILL THEY CALL PATIENT'S AGAIN AT 1PM"

"You would think this was a free clinic with the way it’s managed. They never answer phones for appointments, referrals, etc. It will then just hang up on you if your waiting listening to the music. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks because they were supposed to give me a referral but that never happened. The 20x I called them I only received one call back. I think the only way to reach them is to hit 5 for billing and hope someone answers that will transfer you to the correct area. WORTHLESS BOO"

"Why doesn't ANYONE answer the phone??? I need my prescription and can't get it . They should at least send a letter to its patients about not having a number to call. They don't care."

"Horrible experience never recommend this doctor . They take long to see you then when they see you they don’t give you the right medications and to top it off it’s been a whole week I been trying to get hold of them And they still haven’t gotten back to me . Then I went few times didn’t want to see me supposedly book for the day then they tell me to call ahead and them tell me to go To Clinica just to tell me they can’t see me still even thoe you see most of the walking around talking and joking around . Poor care for patients . Place needs to be shut down they don’t seem to care for patients."

"only gave 1 star because they don't have negative stars. Don't go here even if it's the only dr left on earth. The doctors are proficient its the staff that sucks. Just had to go in person to get a refill on a prescription..on hold for 45 minutes no answer..chose the billing option and SURPRISE answered right away..funny how if it pertains to money,instant answer...changing Dr's today...F SAN BENITO MEDICAL...nothing but bad to say about this place..."
