I believe she puts herself in each persons position when it comes to medication and insurance. I feel that the whole staff works with you and does all they can to make sure you have prescriptions when you need them. Even if there is a shortage in the US. "Update 08/03/23 Changed Pharmacies and got worse service than here, supposedly these guys have gotten their ducks in a row and doing better, well that's a lie. Come to find out numerous people are complaining to their local Post Office over lost prescriptions, these people as well as the USPS has contacted Regional Pharmacy and informed them they are using inadequate shipping labels that the Postal Service sorting machines can not read and that's why the medications are taking forever to get delivered. Regional is blaming the Postal Service for their own incompetence and then want to stand there and lie about it. This new world of Rainbows and Unicorns isn't working. Accountability needs to brought back. Really sick and tired of these people not answering the phone and voicemail being full as well as the unreliable mailed Rx service. Time after time again they take their sweet time processing my prescriptions and a week later still no meds, this will be the last time."
