"Hard to find help to greet you when you walk in. Took about 15min before getting help. Gentlemen that helped was ok, didn’t seem super interested in inputting ideas . Rented the suit , ended up having to spend another 45.00 to buy a shirt that fit since the rental comes as one big baggie size. This wasn’t explained when putting in the order for the rental. Timing of suit coming in was good , fit of suit itself was good too"

"Went in for a fitting on my fiancé’s tux pants and was told that there was a mixup with the vest that our consultant ordered in our initial visit to go with them. Glenn stepped in and handled everything with extreme grace and incredible customer service. He was able to find us an alternative vest and alter it to suit our needs. Turned what could have been a nightmare into an extremely positive exchange. Thank you Glenn for saving the day!"
"Quick edit to this post ..I went through the other reviews and there is obviously a problem with measuring correctly for a tux. I now blame the manager for not responding and discussing with associates and just assuring us that this review "will be documented" Fix it MW. On to the original review.... As the father of the groom, the week of the wedding is nothing short of chaotic and time. As such, I am disappointed in the service of this normally reliable Men's Warehouse. 1) Tux measurements for both shirt and pants were WAY off. Despite me telling the associate it was wrong, he insisted he was right and I ended up having to reorder both and make an additional trip back. Thank Gid it was a few days before the wedding. 2) After returning for the reorder garments, I noticed the shirt was wrinkled and when I asked for the associate to press the shirt, I was told their steamer was broke. I asked if that was right and if it should be my responsibility for the condition of the tux for such a special occasion and the answer I received was "its broke and there is nothing that can be done". Note: Best Buy is 20 yards away and they sell steamers. The manager was was very understanding when I called and said the steamer was actually working but again, NO TIME to turn around and get done what should have been done all along. Speaking of no time, this review is the last thing I need to have on my plate with the wedding in 2 days, but unless someone says something, how does it get fixed? I can iron my own shirt, but that's not the point and someone should teach associates that customer satisfaction (and perhaps a polite apology from that associate) would have saved me from writing this. I'm sure I'd be charged for returning the tux with a stain or tear. Would "there was nothing I could do" prevent me from getting an additional charge? I think not."
