"This has been the worst drs visit I’ve had my entire life! The workers there are so unprofessional!! I don’t understand why people work in healthcare and you’re gonna be rude and lack compassion. Specially the manager there. She truly needs to find another job in another profession. She don’t have the heart to work in an office where patients go to get well. I need to find the number to report her and the staff that works under her. With that attitude and mindset she she’s lucky she hasn’t be fired! And this office don’t deserve a 1 star I had no choice than to press one in order for me to comment!!"

"Worst clinic I have been too. They’re so quick to collect my co-pay but wait hours to see a doctor. As I was in the waiting room there was other patients frustrated with the wait and missing paper work. Do not come here if you value your time or you want quality customer service"

"I absolutely despise this clinic. The receptionists are so rude and give so much attitude no matter how nice you are. You ask for a week refill on your prescription while you wait for your blood results and they never send them. I cannot tell you how many times this has happened. I should not have to call the clinic DAILY to try and get a refill. Trust me i wish I was joking. I recently changed my insurance, so they refused to give me the results to my blood test and do not want to give me the pills I need. Worst doctor I have ever been to. I never leave reviews for anything, but I really felt the urge to leave this one. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!!!!!"

"HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Do NOT go here. I was desperate to go to a night clinic in order to avoid missing work & this was the only one I found. I had to change my PCP to this clinic & found out after the fact that they will NOT see me until it is officially changed on their website even though on my insurance it has been changed. My insurance even provided me with a reference number and called them personally in an attempt to help me get seen last night. They refused and were even rude to the insurance representative. Defeated, I stuck it out and was told to call the next day in order to verify the change had been made. I called before 8:00 am & was told there were 5 patient ahead of me & it would be a 45 minute wait JUST TO VERIFY MY INSURANCE. Over an hour later, they call me to collect my copay over the phone. They then told me I would be charged ADDITIONAL TO THE COPAY for the testing (flu & strep) which I normally do NOT get charged for. It should be included within the copay. Desperate for answers, I paid it. They then proceed to tell me they’ll test me OUTSIDE and they’ll call me back with results. NO DOCTOR CONSULTATION. They collected my copay for a doctor visit without actually seeing the doctor! After much back & forth, the lab tech (nicest one there) told me to wait 20-30 mins for my results & if they come back negative, I can see the doctor. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. ONLY IF YOU COME OUT NEGATIVE WILL YOU SEE THE DOCTOR. HOW IS THIS CLINIC COLLECTING SEVERAL COPAYS FROM PATIENTS WITHOUT SEEING THE DOCTOR?! First & last time I’m going to this clinic. I’d rather miss work and know I am being seen by an actual doctor, and tested for everything with no additional charges than come back here. They seem way over their head in the amount of patients than what they can actually handle."
