"I had been a patient here since 2008 but I give up. The doctors, the staff are great but ever since they joined or got bought by ASA medical the calls are no longer answered at the clinic. The calls go to a call center which apparently has 0 staff. You’re given several options 1 - new patients or to schedule, 2 - if you’re a hospital, 3- for a nurse , 4 - referrals etc. It doesn’t matter what you press no one will answer and after holding for a bit you are asked to record a message with your phone number and name and the reason for your call. They say that they will return the call the same day, no one ever calls you back. Last month I went in person to let them know and waited an hour to speak to the office manager and they know what’s going on because are they fielding many complaints and while there they fixed everything I needed. Now I need an update on a prescription and I will have to go in person again because calling them on the phone is useless except I am not doing that anymore I can’t keep them as my primary care physicians if there is no way to call them and I have to go in person for every question or concern or follow up. The sad part is they know but nothing seems to be getting done to fix it."
