Jiffy Lube

"I've been wanting to express and i want you to know that I think your team at Jiffy Lube especially in Dundee, Illinois is amazing! They have always been very respectful to me. More importantly they show me that they take their job seriously and provide me with the help and service that I need for my car. I admit im not very knowledgeable about ther working processes of car engines. The Jiffy Lube team always explains things in a way that I would understand as well as watching out for things that they may not be necessarily accountable for. One example is the team worker found that the wires have been chewed on perhaps by mice as I did live in a very wooded area for an amount of time. This individual let me know of a simple and affordable solution as well as stating how he would help me install it when I purchased the solution for it on Amazon. There are other times where I had small emergencies with a different vehicle at a different Jiffy Lube and they worked over the phone communicating information. Im sure all of this is done while serving three or four other customers at the same time. While ive been there I notice that different vehicles are being serviced with different situations with individuals that do not always speak English. Im amazed how they answer all sorts of questions and trouble shoot different problems every half hour or so during their work day. I thought my job was hard. I have a whole new respect for individuals that are changing the oil. It will probably always be Jiffy Lube hopefully the one in Dundee that I will continue to go to. If your the manager reading this please give your employees praise for how I the customer see how they work together as a team and im very grateful for how they respectfully treated me. I needed their help that day. They were great!!"

"Fast efficient work the employees are likeable and relatable...they make it not just me taking in my vehicle to the shop but taking interest in the customer. Technician was helpful and offered solutions to the greater problem not just the now problem and they always have fair prices and good coupons. I will be returning."

"Never been to a Jiffy Lube so I didn’t realize I had to pull up lol. But they were all so kind since I’m just like, tell me what to do. So friendly and that is needed for someone who was confused by the simplest of tasks. I will keep coming back to this one."

"I do not live in the area and was passing through Dundee when I got a flat tire. It was 9am on a Monday morning and I didn't have the tools to fix the flat. Hoping I could simply have a place to park my car until I figured something out, I pulled into this Jiffy Lube. I spoke with the team that worked there and they offered to put on the spare & they did it at no cost to me. The three young people working there were friendly and professional. It felt like a small town service station. They went out of their way to help me out. I will certainly return to this Jiffy Lube!"

"Jiffy lube left oil drain plug very loose , I tightened the plug myself and it was loose. I just glad it didn’t fell out with time. I took some pictures so everyone can see, I started to notice oil on the floor where I park my Nissan Rogue, at first I was thinking it was my older car that was leaking,so I didn’t pay too much attention to it because I never thought it was my Nissan Rogue that barely has 49,000 miles. Today I went underneath the car because I was suspecting it was my newer car that was leaking and I park somewhere where I don’t park my other car and I saw oil on the floor and I went underneath the car ,I notice the oil drain plug was loose and you can see there was oil all over the plug in the picture I posted and I saw another comment with the same issue, so is not the first time it happens in this location , I am machine technician and I know how to tighten nuts and bolts. This is a rookie mistake, you must train employees to make sure drain plugs are tighten because if it fells off we are talking about more money being spent and damages to car if a motor runs out of oil."
