"My husband & I have been there twice so far. Kind service and really cool cuisine. I recommend the butter chicken (pictured). The first time we were there, we ate there, and they handed us free water bottles, haha. I had the house chicken curry, which even mild, was seriously warm, but the flavor was so good. Always always always get the Naan bread (we just get the plain basic one). We will go back."

"The food is a great experience. The staff are friendly and courteous. The food is served on styrofoam plates and you use plastic cutlery. That actually added to our fun. We plan on exploring the menu one meal at a time. I am glad Rockford is blessed with such a great source for Indian food. The prices are more than reasonable. We have gone twice now and will gladly go again."

"First, I’d like to say I 100% want this restaurant to make it. I love Indian food and I appreciate the quality here. I throughly enjoyed the Rose Lassi! The chicken curry, even though mild was too powerful for me. I loved the spices but maybe offer extra mild on the menu? I would suggest working on the ambiance. Using real dinnerware. Many people are turned off by plastic. I believe this will be a successful restaurant!"

"Incredible restaurant. We order the chef's recommendation--chicken biryani--on opening night. It was so good we went back the next day. The biryani was literally the best I've ever had, super authentic, fresh, flavorful, and warm. The following night we ordered butter chicken (a classic that DEFINITELY delivered) and garlic/cilantro naan. The wait for the food took only 10 minutes longer than expected, but they were so generous and gave us a FREE mango lassi (delicious smoothie with a bit of turmeric for flavor and health benefits, I believe). Love the staff, hoping to get on a first name basis with them ;) Favorite Indian restaurant I've ever been to!"

"Really excited to have this place in Rockford. The spiciness level still needs to be dialed in. (Mild/Medium/Spicy are offered, the food comes in at pallette burstingly hot). The flavors are great though."
