"A terrible service to a Veteran who tried to return a car! Do not go here, they have kill switches for the engine after a 2 day late payment. They also want to doc your wages after returning the car that wasn't worth harassment in the first place."

"I have gotten a 2014 Jeep patriot sport i test drove the car had it had no problem and the. I put the down payment down on the car like a week later and an hr after driving off the lot the car started shaking and white smoke came out the back of the car so I took it up to the dealership I got it from and they got me set up with a work shop a week later after getting it she shop look at is and they told me there nothing wrong with it and go ahead and shut off the check engine light and they did this to me for almost a month and it’s still in the shop they have not look at it they said that is has a problem but they can’t fine it so I called the account rep and they pick up and I ask them I want to take to some one about getting a different car they lady sends me to the guy in charge of it and he’s don’t pick up and then I hang up and call again the next day same thing I’m getting so sick and tired of it I’ve had this vehicle for a month and I’ve only made 2 payments on it and I can’t even drive the car I’m about to just give up the car they need to pick up and get me a different vehicle because at this point I’m not paying for a vehicle that is a piece of junk prying to god that they pick up and they get me a new car otherwise I’m not paying for anything 9/5/23"

"Terrible experience. I bought a 2009 Ford Focus from them a 2 or 3 months ago and recently went to check my spark plugs and coil packs to find that 2 of my 4 spark plug bases were filled with oil and the top cover of the coil packs were cracked. Unbelievable that I bought this car and was told it was in perfect running condition with no problems whatsoever. Also on top of all of this their was a wiring issue right out of the lot with the screen for the clock and volume. They never took care of it or made an attempt to help me or even pay for what I have to replace. Untrustworthy and Childish."
