"My family has been ordering from here for 3~ years now. The wings, sandwiches, and tenders are fine, my biggest problem are the fries. When we first ordered them they were soggy and loose, more like a thick cooked noodle. Next time we ordered I asked for them to be well done. Same issue. This has continued every single time. I’ve put “cook well done” when I’ve online ordered. I’ve called and asked them to ensure they were crispy, I’ve gone in the store and gotten them fresh - still the same soggy and wiggly fry. I’ve pleaded, begged, wrote novels about the wants and needs for delicious crispy fries - and my words have always fallen on deaf ears. We must have ordered from here around 15 times now total, including tonight - and I find myself longing for crispy delicious fries every single time. Tonight is the final straw, I will no longer be a victim to this soggy experience and I will not put my family through the humiliation and torture that the fries this place cooks bring forth."
