"I've been going here for years and is getting worse and worse. Ordered a steak burrito and was filled with mostly rice. This place is Penny pinching. Previously we ordered a avocado torta and received a lettuce torta. Won't be back, quality has gone downhill."

"I mainly wanna talk about the food and prices and a comparison to another location... This place is a rip off... You pay $4.00+tax for a measly taco... They cheat you from the amount of ingredients that goes in... I recently went to the one on Harlem and Ogden and what a difference... They load up your Taco making it WORTH paying $4.00. Another complaint I have is the cashier in the back who lied to me telling me its extra if I want Cheese... I confirmed that was not true.. The Taco already comes with cheese... She was trippin about charging me for Lime... Give me a break... People pay $14.00 for 3 tacos and you trippin about lime? Smh. Im posting a picture of how a taco is made on Harlem, and you tell me if Cermak makes them the same. Dont go to Cermak."
