"I don’t know where to start. I’ve had so many issues with my food preparation at this location, so against better judgement I went here tonight. I ordered 2 regular soft beef tacos, a 5 layer beefy burrito, fiesta potatoes and and a small ice water. I made a specific request for my potato’s to be hot, considering they have been cold and old in the past. Welp, they got me again. Only the potato’s were luke warm with a pea size amount of cheese and a dime size amount of sour cream. They were hard and stale. Next I ordered fire sauce only to find not one single packet in my. Had to get out and the car go back and get sauce. They gave me the wrong burrito which was cold, hard and tasted old. Overall the entire meal was cold. Poorly wrapped, stale and tasted as though it set all day. I couldn’t eat it. I trashed it. 0 stars for me. I have 1 star because the ice water I ordered was made right. I’ll never ever eat here again. Not even for free. I’m done with this location!!!"

"Drive thru terrible experience. Too many inexperienced young adults. My order was not correct. I went inside although I was NOT able to do so because of personal reasons. Sometimes customers use the drive up option because of health reasons. Inside, I found the manager to be ugly toward the transaction. I did not want to be charged twice. I just wanted my money back since I got a receipt for something else I did Not order. The manager tried to make me look as though I was the problem instead of treating the customer professional and just returning my money because I did not receive food. I finally got my money back and left the store. Until you address these issues with that crew, I will Not return. 5pm (Oct 2023)"

"All 4 of my crunchy tacos were broken. Took 25 minutes from ordering to receiving food.No drinks available at the restaurant. Staff was slow as can be and was of no help. Did not receive receipt. Woman working there was more concerned with talking to a person at a table than actually helping anyone who was waiting for their order."

"I ordered food online and didn't receive all my items. The girl in the drive thru wake you ordered drinks? We don't have those N then gave me them!? Then I got home noticed food was missing so I called to come get it. The manager Mariana said I won't charge you for your missing food? It's missing why would you charge me!? Forty five minutes later being inside the establishment I still didn't receive it. I asked for a refund she said I have to call Taco Bell or request through the app. I hate being mean but this place had the worst customer service ever."

"I ordered the 3 Beef Crunchy Taco Combo, with diet Pepsi. Add on: Make it Fresco, Tomatoes and Reduced Fat Sour Cream. Got home...none of the extras were on my tacos! Was told that there was no Fresco at this location! Absolutely appalling! Not going back there."
