"If you have ever eaten the beef noodle soup at the Westmont location, do not expect the same from here. From Westmont, you get lovely homemade noodles in a wonderful broth with lots of beef. From Oakpark you get a substandard broth with a small smattering of rice noodles and a few tiny pieces of beef. Will not order from this location again. Zero stars for the soup."

"Just don’t… Had to ask each time for: -Water -Straws -Bowls -Sauces -check -containers -plastic bag -Missing items which we ended up canceling because everything just took too long. We were there for 1.5 hrs and we ordered as soon as we sat down. Food was NOT good, dumplings were bland and dry. Broth was flavorless. Took my mom and 5 year old daughter for dinner at 7pm on a weekday. Gave my name right after another gentleman in front of me and I could FEEL the exasperation from the frantic host. After awkward pauses of her staring at me and back and forth to the gentleman, she took my name. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. When there were 2 clean and set tables, I asked how much longer and host said 10 more minutes! I asked if we could be sat at one of the open tables and she reluctantly sat us. They had a lot of take out orders. Seems like they prioritize those customers more than actual tipping ones in the restaurant."

"First time and will definitely not be the last. We ordered the Beed Fried Rice and Juicy Steamed Buns. I have had fried rice form other restaurants before and this one beats our go-to restaurant. The buns were indeed juicy."

"It’s located in downtown Oak Park with modern decore and laid back atmosphere. I ordered the popular beef noodle soup and it was everything the other reviews said and more. My daughter enjoyed the spring rolls and the fried dumplings. Definitely going back and inviting others."

"Our go to place in oak park for authentic northern style Chinese food. The neighborhood around the restaurant is super cute- so make sure you plan a nice day to explore the area! Our favorites were the hot and sour soup and xiaolongbao. The scallion pancakes were freshly made with a solid crunch. Stills one of my favorite places, but they need to make sure to invest in employees who actually care about customers. Our experiences have been sub par, and I never write negative reviews. I suggest new employees. I will update the review if service improves on our next visit. Things I am looking for: 1. Acknowledging a customer after they’ve been seated for 15 minutes and have been trying to waive you down 2. Basic Customer service at a sit down restaurant in which you expect tip"
