But ReCar doesn’t feel like that at all. It’s very casual and laid back. "I found a 2020 Shelby GT500 at ReCar online and was put in contact with Martin. From texting with Martin and one phone call, I was able to negotiate a fair deal in a total time of 10 minutes. ZERO HASSLE. I asked for more pics and more history on the car, which Martin immediately sent along with a video of the vehicle running. Clean Carfax, clean Autocheck, and clean history on the national auto crash system. I had a private party go examine the vehicle prior to purchase, and that party verified all the info I received from ReCars site and from Martin was spot on. I signed my paperwork in 2 minutes through Docusign and sent the wire. The car was ready for me, washed and fueld up, after business hours. "I have had an unfortunate car buying experience with ReCar, and I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this business. I bought a used 2022 F150 back in early November. I have yet to put one thousand miles on the truck, and it has already been at my local Ford dealership for repairs for several issues. The truck has been in the shop more than it has on the road. I have had to replace a driveshaft, which looks like it was damaged at possibly salvage yard by incorrect forklift use. My exhaust was dented and will probably need to be replaced as well. I am also in the process of replacing an axle and wheel bearing on the rear passenger side located where the truck had previous damage. I do not feel like the truck was adequately inspected, for I haven’t driven the truck long enough to be having these issues. What is even more frustrating is that I have been paying for these expensive repairs on a truck that I still do not have the title for. I was told that it would take about three weeks, which I was okay with and knew that it may take longer. It has been nearly 2 and 1/2 months, and I still do not have the title which is inexcusable from a dealership. I will give Sam a good review for he was pleasant to work with, and I do recommend him if choosing to buy a vehicle. However, this has been the most disappointing car-buying process that I have encountered."
