"I visited this location at about 2am. I had to go through the drive-thu was (why the atmosphere score was low). I ordered my usual, number 9: Mexican pizza; soft shell tacos, no sour creme, add rice and refried beans. After receiving my order, I was hungry, I pulled into a parking spot to eat. What a pleasant surprise my order was exactly right! On top of that it was piping hot! I opened the box and the Mexican pizza was picture perfect. There was melted cheese that covered the entire pizza, and the sauce wasn't just slopped on top, and the tortillas were crisp and crunchy. The tacos were equally well made and delicious. I know you're thinking this is how it's supposed to be, unfortunately that's not the case with fast food (especially going through the drive-thu). Thank you to the staff working at that time for making my late night meal so delicious."

"I ordered a hard taco and it looked like this.. couldn't even pick it up to eat it. Terrible experience. FIRED!! I'm mad because I'm a night manager at a taco bell and that's not right. Get people that know what they are doing while working. Please get it together."

"Waited 12mins in drive through and it was only 11:15am. My $5 Crunchwrap supreme was all cheese and tortilla. If there was 1.5-2ozs of beef on there I’d be shocked. It didn’t taste good either. Been coming here for years and service and food have been getting worse by the year."
